Program Description

Description

The title for this month is Killers of a Certain Age by Deanna Raybourn.

Billie, Mary Alice, Helen and Natalie have worked for the Museum, an elite network of assassins, for forty years. When the foursome is sent on an all-expenses paid vacation to celebrate their retirement, the women realize they have been marked for death. Knowing that working together is key to their survival, they show their would-be assassins what it means to be a woman, and a killer of a certain age.

Join us for Murder by the Book, the library's mystery book discussion group, which meets in-person on the first Thursday of the month from January through November  at 10:30 am. Participants will discuss a selected book from different mystery authors. For fans of mysteries of all kinds—from cozies to spy thrillers! This book discussion is led by Adult Services Librarian Kelly-Ann Gardella.

Many of the book discussion titles can be downloaded via the library's Hoopla or Overdrive services. Check for video instructions on using Hoopla. Print copies are available at the library for most book groups. Call 203-438-2282 about reserving books. Copies can also be purchased at Books on the Common at a 15% discount.
