Join us online as we host five outstanding Connecticut poets for an evening of diverse poetry and community.
Ed Dzitko, a seasoned writer, is a managing partner of Orenaug Mountain Publishing, which produces print anthologies and Orenaug Mountain Poetry Journal online.
Elaine Nadal, poet laureate of Milford, is the author of two collections: When and Sweat, Dance, Sing, Cut. She delivered a TEDx talk on hope, poetry, and music.
Kat Pihl published her first book, omphaloskepsis, through Alien Buddha Press in 2024. She received the 2011 Dorothy McCollum Siebert Award from Eastern University.
T’challa Williams is an award-winning poet, writer and creative advocate who gives her time and talent to the stage, literary arts and the Hartford community.
Sandy Yannone, the new poet laureate of Old Saybrook, is a widely published poet who received the Academy of American Poets Prize and AWP Intro Award.
Barb Jennes, Poet Laureate Emerita of Ridgefield, is the curator and host of this series.
