The title for this month is The Push by Ashley Audrain, 2022

A devoted mother with a painful past who gradually realizes  that something is very wrong with her daughter, a fear that is complicated by her husband's dismissive views and the birth of a healthy son.

Critics' Circle meets in-person on the second Tuesday of the month (except December) at 6:30 pm for a discussion of new and classic titles. New readers are always welcome. This book discussion is led by Margaret Eustace.

Many of the book discussion titles can be downloaded via the Library's Hoopla or Overdrive services. Check for video instructions on using Hoopla. Print copies are available at the library for most book groups. Call 203-438-2282 about reserving books. Copies can also be purchased at Books on the Common at a 15% discount.
