Join us for this fun and active workshop where we will be participating in exercises while learning about the health benefits of gentle stretches and exercises. There are many benefits of gentle exercises and stretching, some which include: decreased stress, decreased risk of injury, increased mind/body connection, increased bone mass, increased metabolism and many more, so sign up today!
