Description
Looking for a new way to relax, reduce stress and connect with your body? Rosen Movement encourages relaxation through range of motions and simple, easy-to-do stretching exercises done to music.
These movements are designed to lubricate the joints, expand the chest, and loosen the diaphragm.
Our goal is to make people feel happy and motivated to move/dance. Movements are easy and simple. Relaxation and ease are what we want to create. When we relax we do not exert effort and we are using the freedom of our bodies to move.
Betty Ross has been studying the body for more than 20 years. She is a licensed massage therapist, a Rosen Bodywork Practitioner, a Rosen Movement Teacher, a Core Energetics Practitioner and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
This class will be offered on second and fourth Thursdays at 1:00. You will need to register individually for each class you would like to attend. Please register below.
