Gather your little ones for a bilingual Virtual Story Time with The Aldrich.
Join Education Assistant Lorena Sferlazza and Bilingual Librarian Christie Barnett to explore the work of Aldrich exhibiting artist Lucia Hierro, followed by a special read-aloud of Dreamers by Yuyi Morales in Spanish and English. Then, create a work of art celebrating cultural identity through a guided, hands-on activity. Suggested materials will be emailed in advance; perfect for young families.

Trae a tus pequeños para un cuentacuentos virtual bilingüe con el museo Aldrich y la biblioteca de Ridgefield! Nuestra Asistente de Educación Lorena Sferlazza y la Bibliotecaria bilingüe Christie Barnett le ayudarán a explorar la exposición de la Artista Lucía Hierro. Tras ello se hará una lectura en español e inglés del cuento Soñadores, escrito por Yuyi Morales. Por último, tendrán la posibilidad de crear su propia obra de arte para celebrar la identidad mutlicultural, a través de una manualidad guiada paso a paso. Se enviará con antelación un correo electrónico con los materiales necesarios. Perfecto para familias jóvenes.
