To limit your messages on chess.com, go to "Settings" on the bottom left of the home screen and then press "Privacy". You can then change send and receive messages to "Only My Friends" rather than "All Members". You can then change "Allow chat requests from" to "nobody". There are several options below that which will continue to restrict people from contacting you.
