The title for this month is Not Dark Yet by Peter Robinson, 2016
When property developer Connor Clive Blaydon is found dead, Detective Chief Inspector Alan Banks and his Yorkshire team dive into the investigation. As luck would have it, someone had installed a cache of spy-cams all around his luxurious home. The team hope they will find answers among the video recordings about Connor’s murderer. Instead, they find something equally horrifying, a rape victim.
Join us for Murder by the Book, the library's mystery book discussion group, which meets in-person on the first Thursday of the month from January through November at 10:30 am. Participants will discuss a selected book from different mystery authors. For fans of mysteries of all kinds—from cozies to spy thrillers! This book discussion is led by Adult Services Librarian Kelly-Ann Gardella.
Many of the book discussion titles can be downloaded via the library's Hoopla or Overdrive services. Check for video instructions on using Hoopla. Print copies are available at the library for most book groups. Call 203-438-2282 about reserving books. Copies can also be purchased at Books on the Common at a 15% discount.
