Program Description

Description

Children in grades K-5 join our French teacher Elhem, for a fun, immersive introduction and exploration of French. Learn some conversational French through songs, games, stories and practice. No knowledge of French is necessary to participate.

There are back-to back classes in order to accommodate the most people. Please register for EITHER the 2:00 pm OR the 2:30 pm.

Registration is required for each class.

  • Due to high demand, Ridgefield residents may be given preference for this program.
  • Parents must remain in the building for the duration of the program. Children under the age of 12 cannot be dropped off.

  • Masks are required in all areas of the Lodewick Children's Library including study and program rooms, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are required at all indoor Children's programs.

  • If you have registered for a program that you can no longer attend, please inform Library staff at your earliest convenience. Your registered spot will be held for 10 minutes after the start of a program and released to the next on the waiting list if Library staff is not informed.
