Join us online as we host five guests whose work represents the quality and diversity of poetry in the Nutmeg State.
Padmaja Battani is originally from India. Her work has appeared in the CT Literary Anthology, Coffee People Zine, Tarot Poetry Review, and other journals.
Eric Hoffmann’s books include conversations with noted poets, musicians, and artists; collections of haiku translations; and several volumes of poetry.
Bethany Howard, poet laureate of Clinton, is the author of Permission Granted: Embrace Who You Are, Cultivate Courage, Impact Your World.
William Moorhead recited poetry and psalms from an early age. His work has appeared in Naugatuck River Review, the Old Red Kimono, and elsewhere
M. Mick Powell, an assistant professor of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the University of Connecticut, is the author of Dead Girl Cameo.
