Program Description

Description

The title for this month is The Maid by Nita Prose.

This New York Times bestseller depicts the life of Molly Gray, a hotel maid at the Regency Grand Hotel who loves donning her crisp uniform each morning and loading her cart with miniature soaps and bottles, returning each guest room to a state of perfection. Molly’s orderly life is turned upside down when she finds the infamous and wealthy Charles Black dead in his bed and is then targeted by the police as a lead suspect in a web of deception.

Join us for Murder by the Book, the library's mystery book discussion group, which meets in-person the first Thursday of the month from January through November with an option to participate via Zoom at 10:30 am. Participants will discuss a selected book from different mystery authors. For fans of mysteries of all kinds—from cozies to spy thrillers! This book discussion is led by Adult Services Librarian Kelly-Ann Gardella.

*You may also choose to attend the program online. Everyone who registers below will receive the Zoom link.

Many of the book discussion titles can be downloaded via the library's Hoopla or Overdrive services. Check for video instructions on using Hoopla.
