Program Description

Description

The Library has partnered with RVNAhealth for a monthly Memory Café series, held at the Library and created as a welcoming hour of shared activities, conversation and connection for individuals living with memory changes and their care partners.

Each Memory Café offers a chance to step away from appointments, schedules and daily responsibilities and simply enjoy time together. The hour includes a thoughtful mix of easy, enjoyable activities and time to socialize.

A defining part of this new partnership is the involvement of RVNAhealth Dementia Specialist, Danielle Taibi, who offers a supportive and welcoming environment, focused on enjoyment, connection and shared activities.

For the April session of Memory Cafe we celebrate National Poetry Month with Ridgefield Poet Laureate Ira Joe Fisher!

To register, please email Adult Services staff at referencedesk@ridgefieldlibrary.org
