The COVID-19 Vaccine: How it Works and How to Get an Appointment in CT will be the topic of two presentations led by local experts from RVNAhealth, Ridgefield Library, and the Ridgefield community, on Friday, Feb. 12 and Friday, Feb. 26, both at 1 p.m.

The discussions will cover the science behind the COVID-19 vaccine; an overview of the vaccine roll out operation; and helpful information on getting an appointment in CT (for those eligible).  The mass vaccination of a population during a pandemic is an immense and critical undertaking. This presentation will help explain how the vaccination roll out is presently working and the resources that are available for those who need help. There will also be plenty of time for questions and answers.
