Description

Only sign up for Lobby Pickup if you have been notified by the Library that your hold(s) are ready for you! If you receive multiple hold notifications within a short time period, please only set one appointment. Circulation staff will be working to match multiple items to your requested appointment.

Contactless Lobby Pick-Up
Monday-Friday: 10:00 am-1:00 pm

Lobby Pick-Up and In-Person Browsing
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:00-5:00 pm;
Wednesday: 4:00-7:00 pm

In-Person Browsing Only
Saturday: 10:00 am-1:00 pm

Here’s How Lobby Pickup Works: 

  • Approach the building at the Main Level Sliding Glass Door Entrance next to the parking lot. 
  • Wear a mask per Town of Ridgefield Consumer Guidelines 
  • Maintain 6-foot social distance spacing while in line. 
  • Enter the Lobby area one person at a time and pick up the bag with the Last Name on the Library Account used to place the request.
  • Leave the Lobby immediately to allow the next person to pick up their materials. 
  • If you miss your Pickup Window please reschedule your Pickup Window appointment as soon as possible.

LOBBY PICK-UP IS NOT AVAILABLE Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 1-2 pm and Wed 1-4 pm
