Description
Join us in this easy and gentle yoga class (no experience required!) combined with meditation and mindset work. We will focus on de-stressing, taking a break, and calming our minds and nervous systems. We will learn techniques that can be used outside of yoga class, any time stress levels are running high - in school, when facing overwhelm, when dealing with anxiety, and when faced with challenges.
We will have some yoga mats available for use, but feel free to bring your own if you have one.
