Program Description

Description

Children in Grades K-5 are invited to help us celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr's birthday with a special service community opportunity. We'll read a book about Dr. King's life and then honor his legacy by working together to create birthday boxes for Ruby's Pantries, five outdoor food pantries created by a local student. Students will help create cards and assemble boxes to help others in the community celebrate their birthday. Registration is required and opens on December 15, 2023.
