The Community Mindfulness Project will be hosting in-person sessions twice a month. Time for community building, mindful meditation instruction, a guided meditation, sharing and reflection. Suitable for first-timers and pros alike. No special clothing or equipment needed. Participants sit in chairs in a circle.

We hope that you will join us so that we can sit in community.
