Description
A bi-monthly Yoga class, using a chair (standing and seated) as a prop for support. Chair Yoga makes practicing yoga accessible for all populations, ages and conditions.
Chair Yoga classes with Liz Wendel give you the full benefits of any other yoga class: centering, yoga warm-ups, yoga movements & postures, concentration & breathing techniques, guided relaxation & meditation.
