Program Description

Description

Join Maker-in-Residence, Noah Steinman, as he explores the making and breaking of books. Re-make and re-imagine what books can be in this mixed-media workshop. Begin with a brief history of the altered book before diving into your own sculptural interventions in a variety of books. Books and materials will be provided, but feel free to bring any books you’d like to work with! Registration required. Please register all attendees to ensure there are enough materials for everyone participating.

The Maker-in-Residence initiative is made possible thanks to the Wadsworth Russell Lewis Fund and is part of the Library’s ongoing Making STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) activities.
