Heart-Centered Meditation™ for Intentional Living, Led by Kathy Katts

Experience the Heart-Centered Meditation™ Method, a 5-part curated approach developed through three decades of experience and rooted in ancient practices. Designed for the modern, busy person who thinks they can’t meditate, this method offers a simple, natural way to quiet the mind and open the heart.

Each session includes:

  • Teachings on Heart-Centered Meditation™ and intentional living
  • Breathwork to relax the body and calm the nervous system
  • Heart-opening visualization to deepen awareness and connection
  • Mantra-based meditation for effortless stillness
  • Community sharing for reflection and support
