The talk will begin at the Ridgefield Library at 7:30 PM on Thursday, May 29th with a Meet & Greet to follow!

Interested in a trail run? Meet us at Leon Levy Preserve in South Salem  at 5:30 for a 3-4 mile run through the trails as Grayson discusses how her tactics for trail racing differ from road racing.
