Program Description
Description
Families with children in Grades PK-5 are invited to meet local author Julie Leung during a special storytime celebration of her newest picture book. Navigating Night, illustrated by Angie Kang, tells the story of a young girl guiding her dad on his route delivering Chinese take-out food. This touching family story is inspired by Julie's childhood experience making food deliveries with her own father in the 1990s. Come listen to the story read by the author and make a craft to celebrate family connection! Registration is required and opens on February 21, 2026.
Programs like this are made possible in part by the generosity of our donors.
