A bi-monthly Yoga class, using a chair (standing and seated) as a prop for support. Chair Yoga makes practicing yoga accessible for all populations, ages and conditions.

We will be making simple tied fleece blankets to be donated to ROAR! Both cats and dogs need something cozy to curl up with in chilly months, and these blankets will also go home with them when they're adopted.
