Teddy Bear Yoga

Description:

Children in Grades K-2 are invited to a yoga and stretching class. We'll get active with some dancing and games before a mindful cooldown. Participants will learn breathing techniques to bring them to a calm and soothing state.

Accompanying Adults

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.
