Understanding the Importance of Strengthening Executive Function Skills to Prepare for the College Environment.

  • What are the Executive Functions and why are they so important to college success?
  • What can students do to strengthen their Executive Function skills while preparing for college?
  • What can students do to set themselves up for success while in college?
  • What are some resources available to students who may still need some Executive Function support in college?
