Description
Join the Ridgefield Library and Community Mindfulness Project for three sessions of Mind Hacks for Better Sleep. Learn mindfulness practices that can help you fall asleep and learn why they work.
Register for one or all three sessions: 12/1, 12/8, and 12/15.
Each session will give students the opportunity to learn and practice new things.
