Program Description

Description

This exhibition is a group show representing the Ridgefield Shutterbugs. The Ridgefield Shutterbugs is a casual, collegial camera club that has been meeting for over 20 years. The Shutterbugs welcome photographers of all skill levels, working from smart phones, to point & shoot, to DSLRs.  Film and digital and rank amateur to working photographers are all represented. The Shutterbugs goal is to foster sharing, learning, and camaraderie--and enjoyment at the same time. The reception for this exhibition will take place on Saturday, January 11 from 2 - 4 PM and the exhibition is open during normal Library hours.

The Shutterbugs group meets on the second Saturday of the month. The group heads out on many local field trips or to NYC and/or shows work, discuss techniques, and plans future outings at the Library. They usually meet at the Library parking lot at 9 AM. If the weather is bad they may meet to discuss their work at the Library. New members are always welcome.
