Connecting with Balance

Most people don't think about their balance until they fall. Although our balance begins to decline between the ages of 40-50, it can be improved! Connecting with Balance is a one hour workshop tailored to help people of any age reconnect with their bodies and build confidence in their movement. Exercises in mobility and balance will encourage participants to improve balance, stability and mobility. This class is open to all levels of ability - with modifications and intensifications to meet your needs.
