Program Description

Description

Come in and cool off with a festive evening of songs, stories, and more at the Ridgefield Library’s Muse & Music Evening Cabaret from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will spotlight new works from Westport Writers’ Workshop writers and original music from Charlie Widmer and Tom Polizzi, both of the renowned bluegrass band On the Trail. Also on tap are singer-songwriter and author Chris Belden, and author and singer Adele Annesi as emcee. Our stellar lineup of fiction and historical fiction writers are Patrick Alarcon, Tory Bilski, Debora Graves, Nikki Katt, David Mangini, Jillian Ross, Julie Stachowiak, Jay Thumar, and Svea Vocke. Hosted by the Ridgefield Library and sponsored by Word for Words, the cabaret-style evening includes a wine and cheese reception and opportunities to meet the writers and musicians. The event is free and open to the public, with registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
