Description
Join Ridgefield Library in Inventing! If you have a child in grades K-12, who is interested in inventing and problem solving, sign up to join Invention Convention and join us in creating inventions!
What is the Invention Convention? The Invention Convention is an internationally recognized educational organization started in 1983. Throughout the year, students develop creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills through invention and entrepreneurship. This culminates in a local competition event where students are recognized and move forward to the State level competition. The program is open to all K-12 students across Ridgefield.
Previous Ridgefield students have competed and have been recipients of State, National and even World level competitions. Others have received scholarships, sponsor awards, patents and media attention.
