Program Description

Description

Children in Grades K-5 are invited to celebrate Native American Heritage Month by learning about Maria Tallchief, a member of the Osage Nation and America’s first prima ballerina. We'll try some ballet steps and finish with a special craft to celebrate Tallchief's celebrated role in the ballet Firebird. Registration is required and opens on October 18, 2023.
