Description

Ridgefield’s 2nd Annual Community Celebration & Awareness Vigil Commemorating National Recovery Month

Join us for an evening of story, poetry, remembrance, music, and hope as we come together to celebrate Ridgefield’s strong and proud recovery community. All members of the community are welcome!

This event is co-sponsored by Ridgefield Library, the Ridgefield Prevention Council, and the Ridgefield Poet Laureate.

National Recovery Month is a national observance held every September to promote and support new evidence-based treatment and recovery practices, the emergence of a strong and proud recovery community, and the dedication of service providers and community members across the nation who make recovery in all its forms possible.
