RIDGEFIELD LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS DEBATE FOR OCTOBER 4TH AT THE RIDGEFIELD LIBRARY IS CANCELLED.
Due to the illness of the current Moderator and the difficulty of finding a qualified League Moderator on such short notice, the LWV of Ridgefield has decided to cancel this debate.

Candidates participating in the Board of Education Forum will answer questions and share their views on important topics.
Members of the public who attend the Forum may submit questions on League-provided index cards on the day of the Forum between 6:15 pm and 6:50 pm. Questions submitted must be brief, of general interest to the audience, directed to all candidates and cannot be about personal matters. Questions will be included at the discretion of the Forum Moderator who decides which questions will be asked.
Registration is required. The Forum will be taped by the Library. No other taping or live streaming will be allowed.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and treat all those present with respect, empathy and civility.
This forum is co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Ridgefield and the Library.
Photographs and video may be taken by Library staff during this event and used for Library publicity purposes, including in print and on social media. Please let a staff member know if you do not wish to be photographed.
