If you love gardening or watching wildlife in your backyard, this talk will be of interest to you! In this educational program, a local Girl Scout will discuss her Gold Award project (a book on the benefits of growing wildlife-friendly hedgerows) and teach the attendees how to establish hedgerows on their own properties.

Sofia is a 17-year-old Girl Scout and a high school Junior. Ever since she was little, Sofia has loved animals and the natural world. She is excited for the opportunity to share her passion for preserving wild places.
