Program Description

Description

Students entering Grades 4-6 are invited to join Dr. Jean Linville from the Ridgefield Conservation Commission to take a closer look at the nature around us. We'll learn more about phenology and how we can contribute to citizen science in our own backyards. Students will make their own nature journals to take on their adventures this summer! Registration is required and opens on July 22, 2024.  

This activity is part of the Ridgefield Library's 2024 Summer Reading Program: Adventure Begins at Your Library and is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Ridgefield Library and the Ridgefield Conservation Commission.
