Description
Students in Grades K-2 will explore social-emotional learning in this program inspired by the movie Inside Out. We'll practice some mindfulness techniques to deal with strong emotions, make our own stress balls, and play a memory game! Registration is required and opens on August 18, 2024.
This program is part of the Library's scholarly series, "The Curious Mind: Exploration and Discovery," made possible by the generous support of the Friends of the Ridgefield Library.
