“Meet the Playwrights,” a lively and candid discussion with the award-winning authors of The Suburbs, will take place on Thursday, May 20 at 7pm.
In this Zoom interview, led by CT Office of the Arts Program Associate Kolton Harris, playwrights Tony Meneses, Phanésia Pharel, Catherine Yu, and director Kholoud Sawaf will talk about the three new plays that make up this unusual roving production. Presented by Thrown Stone Theater Company and co-sponsored by the Ridgefield Library and Ridgefield Magazine, this is a unique opportunity to hear from four of the most exciting dramatists in the American Theatre as they discuss their work, their process, and the identity of the suburbs, past, present, and future.
