Program Description

Description

Have fun with needle felting!

Needle felting is the art of sculpting with wool fibers using a special needle that has tiny barbs on the end. The wool fibers tangle together, making the felt. The work surface is a foam block which keeps the wool in place as you needle the fibers.

There are various techniques to create both flat and 3-dimensional projects. Animals and figures are favorite subjects. Enjoy creating with Katie Stevenson.
