Let's talk manga! On the third Monday of each month, we will read the first volume in a series, or a single volume of stand-alone manga.
The title for this month is: Akane-Banashi by Yuki Suenaga.
"When a master expels Akane Osaki’s father from studying rakugo, a traditional Japanese method of storytelling, with no explanation, a fire is lit inside her. From that day forth, she has had one goal—to avenge her father and prove his art was worthy of the title of master by succeeding where he failed."
There will also be a variety of Japanese snacks to enjoy.
